HOW TO REGISTER

1. Register and pay through MunchaLunch

2. Click the Register Here button – the system will guide you through the steps

3. After adding your children, click the green Order Lunch! button to order

4. ​Next time, just click the Login Here button to access your account

5. Don’t forget to bookmark the landing page to make your life easier

ORDERING DETAILS

The first hot lunch day of the 2025-26 School Year will be Tuesday, September 23rd.

• Orders must be finalized one week before delivery by 11:59pm.
  For example, if you’re ordering food for Tue Sept 23, the cutoff would be Tue Sept 16 at 11:59pm.

• You will receive TWO automated emails after an order: one with a copy of the submitted order (from MunchaLunch) and one with a payment receipt (from Stripe).

• If you wish to make changes to your order before the cutoff, you can click "Edit" next to the order in your account and follow the system prompts to make changes (note: you must re-submit your updated order so that your child will continue to receive future lunches).

• Last minute changes or cancellations/refunds cannot be accommodated. If your child is ill or absent on a hot lunch date the lunch cannot be cancelled. If you would like the school to hold the lunch for a future date in the week please call the office before noon. Otherwise meals will be donated to a child in need as determined by the teacher. 

• If you create an order and do not complete it with payment, it will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours. This is an automated process and the PAC cannot prevent this from occurring. Please remember to pay for your order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order is cancelled you will receive an automated email.

• Please pack appropriate cutlery – Hot Lunch does not come with cutlery!

• Please note: while our providers cannot guarantee freedom from cross contaminationwith common allergens, Well Fed school lunches are prepared in a nut-free kitchen.
